We are committed to providing on-going support and making every effort to meet the needs of our volunteers and service users. With only a small staff team, we need extra help with supporting our volunteers in their roles and ensuring our older friends are happy with the service they are receiving. As part of our on-going support we aim to make contact with as many of our volunteers and service users, in a befriending match, as possible on a six monthly basis. This is an opportunity for volunteers to talk about their role, raise any concerns and for service users to talk about how they are getting on with our services and provide any feedback.
