We believe no older person should feel lonely
Link Age Southwark exists to reduce and prevent loneliness amongst older people and those living with dementia. We offer befriending, group activities, information & support and more. With help from volunteers, our services are free to Southwark residents aged over 60 or with a diagnosis of dementia.
We welcome referrals of people 60+ and people with a confirmed diagnosis of mild to moderate dementia.
Make a difference to an older person's life in your community and join our team of amazing volunteers.
Please consider making a donation to support our work. We appreciate the value of every donation made to us.
