Eligibility Criteria:

• Resident of the London Borough of Southwark
• Over the age of 60
• Have elective surgery planned within next 2-3 months
• In need of additional support due to living alone; having no or limited family support/social network and/or living with a dependent other
• Anxious/concerned/worried about you upcoming elective surgery
