Every Friday morning, on Zoom

Our Gentle Exercise Group meets every week on Zoom for an hour of chair-based exercise with an experienced and upbeat tutor. The session finishes with an opportunity to swap stories and share what we have been up to - chatting and exercising are both equally important parts of this group!
