Felicia and Karen

Felicia came to London from Nigeria. In her youth, she was a keen long-distance runner. She loves to watch football on television and is a big Arsenal supporter, as was her husband. She is a very active member of her local church.  

Felicia is pictured here with our volunteer Karen, who became Felicia’s Telephone Befriender during Covid in 2020.   

Karen was a Human Resources Director for various large companies before she retired. She became a Link Age Southwark volunteer to work on fundraising for us. Karen brings warmth and huge enthusiasm to everything she does.
