A huge congratulations to all of our volunteers who ran the LLHM on the 2nd April! An amazing achievement!

Link Age Southwark would like to say a huge thank you to all of our runners for collectively raising £1,960! These vital funds will help us to continue supporting older people and people living with dementia in our community.

Thank you and well done to Daniel, Tim, Felix, Sam and Lewis!

With the LLHM just around the corner, we thought we would introduce you to our five wonderful volunteers who will be taking on the challenge of running 13.1 miles.

Daniel Chen

I am looking forward to the LLHM Half Marathon, which is my second half marathon in London, and I am very excited to think that this race will allow me to run through many classic landmarks in London! I will succeed in this race.

Tim Hebblethwaite

After my disappointment of getting injured for the inaugural LLHM and then not been successful in subsequent ballots, I’m absolutely delighted to be running in the LLHM in 2023 in my home city around such iconic sites I’ve known all my life.

Sam Goater

Sodden, but excited!

Lewis Johnston

Our very own Communications and Events Assistant, Lewis, will be running this year's half marathon!

I would run to the ends of the earth for Link Age Southwark. 13.1 miles is nothing.
