Every Tuesday afternoon in SE15, in person

Our Gentle Exercise Group at Jack Jones House is led by an experience tutor and the exercises are tailored to suit all levels. The group begins with some time to catch up, before enjoying an hour of gentle chair-based exercise, working your arms and legs, using resistance bands and ending with some relaxation.
