Our Gentle Exercise Group meets every week in East Dulwich. This is a lovely friendly group, with a positive and experienced exercise tutor. The group starts with an hour of gentle chair-based exercise, working your arms and legs and using resistance bands to get the most benefit out of the exercises. This is followed by a mini coffee morning, with our wonderful volunteer acting as barista and serving your tea and biscuits! Chatting and exercising are both equally important parts of this group!
