Every Friday, 10.30am - 12.30pm on Zoom

Our Gentle Exercise Group is a lovely friendly group, with a positive and experienced exercise tutor. The group begins with some time to catch up, before enjoying an hour of gentle chair-based exercise, working your arms and legs, using resistance bands and ending with some relaxation. We finish with an opportunity to swap stories, share what we have been up to and choose a favourite piece of music for the group to listen to. Chatting and exercising are both equally important parts of this group!
